Q - How Do I Book?

A - Just give us a call, Email or facebook message to speak to one of the team, PLEASE NOTE No Booking Is secured without a booking fee being paid. This can be paid via bank transfer.

Q - How do I pay?

A - Once the booking is confirmed, you can clear the balance at any point, or can be paid in cash on the day.

Q - What is the cancelation policy?

A - We recognise that situations can change, and there may be occasions when you need to cancel your booking with us. We completely understand and will help when we can. If you do wish to cancel your party with us we will require three weeks notice if possible. If you cancel in less time than this, the following will apply: Within 2 weeks: We will require a 25% payment of the total booking price. Within 1 week: We will require a 50% payment of the total booking price. On the day or a couple of days before: We will require the full amount of your booking total.

Q - What time do you arrive to set up?

A - Between 30-60 mins prior to your party starting.
